Pest Control Technician

All Pest is seeking a Pest Control Technician. Technicians work mostly independently, traveling to mostly residential homes and performing pest management services. Most treatments are on the exterior and are preventive however you will sometimes work amongst pests doing nest removals or interior treatments. Technicians must also have the physical ability to carry 40 or more pounds weight and the ability to carry and climb ladders. The technician will be responsible for delivering top quality service to all of our clients. This means you must have the ability to manage a route, discuss service needs with customers and complete all service information on an iPad. No prior pest control experience is preferred!
What You’ll Be Doing
• Inspect and treat residential and commercial locations for structural pests like spiders, rodents and wasps.
• Manage a route daily, efficiently and independently.
• Build relationships with our clients and assist them through professional and efficient pest management services.
• Educate clients on pests, pest management and our services.
• Create accurate records of completed services (data entry).
• Take NYS licensing exams throughout your career.

This position is considered seasonal-full time however, with advancement, year-round employment will become available. Technicians work full-time from the end of April until October. At that time, All Pest will assist you in receiving NYS unemployment benefits until the following March when you will be expected to return back to work.
What’s Required

• Professional demeanor
• Customer service experience
• Physical ability to carry 40 or more pounds of weight
• Physical ability to carry and climb ladders
• Willingness to learn about this region’s pests and pest management
Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
A background check and pre-employment physical will be conducted.

Divison Manager​
​
All Pest is seeking a Division Manager. Division Managers are responsible for managing efficient business operations in a specific area of All Pest treatment territory. They must also have the ability to learn quickly and multi-task due to the fast pace working environment. The Division Manager will often be the first point of contact for clients calling or emailing All Pest therefore they must have the ability to write and speak in a professional manner.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Build relationships with our clients and assist them through professional and efficient phone conversations.
• Educate clients on pests, pest management and our services and schedule appointments.
• Build schedules and route optimization for pest control technicians.
• Assist technicians with directions, account details and other important information.
• Create accurate records of completed services (data entry).
• Draft client correspondence, including formal letters, emails, and other items.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic documents and files.

This position is considered seasonal-full time however, with advancement, year-round employment will become available. Division Managers work full-time from March until November. At that time, All Pest will assist you in receiving NYS unemployment benefits until the following March when you will be expected to return back to work.
